The Possibilities of using fish meal,skimmed milk chese, beef liver as separately or combinatıon in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss, W.) diets

The aim of this study was to investigate the weight gain, feed consumption and conversion ratio in rainbow trout fingerlings by changing their diets partially or wholly, from fish meal to skimmed milk cheese, beef liver and their combinations. Crude protein (40%) snd metabolic energy (3354 Kcal/kg) levels of control and test diets were equalized. It was observed that changing fish meal diets wholly to beef liver was resulted in equal weight gain and feed conversion ratio. In case of skimmed milk cheese, poorer results were yielded due to unperfect digestion by trouts. KEY WORDS: Rainbow trout. Ration, Fish meal. Skimmed milk cheese. Beef liver. Weight gain.
