Abstract (EN)

Map production using high-resolution satellite images is still among the current research topics. However the most important criteria to be considered in map production from satellite images are cost and time factors as well as location accuracy. In this study, 1/5000 and 1/25000 scale stereo photogrammetric valuation maps were prepared using Göktürk-1 stereo satellite images, which is the sub-meter resolution earth observation satellite that Turkey has, and both horizontal and vertical accuracy were examined, and the detection, diagnosis and recognition status of the details that should be included in the specified scale maps were analyzed. In addition, the usability of the parcels drawn on the photogrammetric map as a base for cadastral studies in the uninhabited area was examined. Finally, image enhancement applications were carried out in the study area and the effect of the obtained results on photogrammetric valuation was examined. According to the obtained results, it was seen that Göktürk-1 stereo satellite images can be used in the production of 1/5000 and 1/25000 scale photogrammetric maps both in terms of horizontal and vertical accuracy and the details they contain. In addition, it is evaluated that image enhancement applications have a positive effect on the operator's ability to detect and identification details during the image evaluation phase, and as a result, they can affect the land integration period.
