Abstract (EN)
In this study, TİO2 thin films containing nano-sized, several layers of graphene nanoplatelet doped dye to different silane binder compounds will be produced. In the study, the effect of parameters such as the amount of graphene nanoplatelet, the source of TIO2 and the type of silane will be investigated. It will be characterized by reduced graphene oxide, FT-IR and SEM-EDX analysis. After coating, efficiency will be determined by transforming the solar cell into UV cell, dark and bright current voltage measurement.
