Abstract (EN)

In this study, magnetic iron (III) oxide and super magnetic Fe3O4@Au, CoFe2O4@Au,NiFe2O4@Au core-shell nanoparticles are synthesized. These nanoparticles are linked to graphene oxide platform which has two-dimensional and atomic thickness via self-assembly monolayer (SEM) tecnique. After each step, the prepared nanoparticles are characterized with varios tecnique such as spectroscopic, microscopic and optical techniques. With these nanoparticles, the applications of DNA biosensor based on the oligonucleotide are performed by using Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) method. After the enhancement factors of these nanomaterials are determined, the availability of the nanomaterials in medical purposes is investigated. Keywords :Graphene oxide, SERS, Nanobiosensor.
