Abstract (EN)
Graphene is defined as flat monolayer of carbon atoms tightly packed into a honeycomblattice. This strictly two-dimensional (2D) material exhibits a range of unusual properties, such as excellent electrical and thermal conductivities and extremely high strength, whichhold great promise in many applications. Mechanical exfoliated single layer graphene sheetsare transfered on silicon wafer which have 285 nm thermal oxide. These single graphenelayers are characterized by optical microscopy and then Raman Spectroscopy. In order tomeasure electrical characteristics, graphene field effect transistor is fabricated on thegraphene sheet by using the silicon substrate as backgate. The main objectives of this studyare to explore electrical parameters of the graphene under the atmosphere, vacuum, humidityand different temperature.
