Abstract (EN)
In this study, graphene nanoparticles were doped with high purity commercial alpha alumina at 1, 2 and 3% ratios. The samples shaped under 200 bar pressure were subjected to sintering at 1300 ˚C for 4 hours. The samples were characterized by water absorption, bulk density, porosity and compression testing and subjected to SEM-EDX analysis. As the addition of grapheneoxide nanoparticles increased, decreases in water absorption and porosity values were observed. The porosity decreased with the effect of sintering time and temperature. For the compression test, it was observed as 372 MPa in 3% GO-NP added samples.
