Abstract (EN)
This thesis study aims to Decipher the reasons why women shop from second-hand fashion applications and the relationship between these reasons by using quantitative research methods. In the study, the advantages and disadvantages arising as a result of women's orientation to such applications were evaluated. This study, which deals with the transformation in women's consumption behaviors, consists of 4 parts. In the introduction section, the general framework of the study is examined. In the literature section, the concept of fashion and consumption is discussed in depth. Scientific studies that are thought to contribute to the relevant research and theories in the field are included. In the method section; the path followed by the research, sample and data analysis, etc. the information has been handled. The data obtained in the research were evaluated and analyzed in the findings section. When the results obtained are examined, this study shows that women who use second-hand fashion applications turn to applications primarily for economic reasons, items that touch the skin are bought less in such applications, women who sell use the income they earn for basic expenses, and women who use second-hand fashion applications have changed their shopping behavior in the store, etc. the results are being achieved. Due to the low number of studies conducted on second-hand fashion applications, it is thought that it will contribute to the field.
