Abstract (EN)

Turkey is directly or indirectly related to many global and regional issues due to its geographical and geopolitical position. The aim of this thesis is to seek answers from political actors and think tanks to the question of the extent to which the military, economic and diplomatic developments taking place in the Eastern Mediterranean recently within the framework of the concept of 'Blue homeland' have affected Turkish domestic policy and to contribute to the literature. 'No policy-related issue belongs entirely to the outside or inside. Based on this definition, it should be emphasized that foreign policy is a policy produced/implemented in the complex environment of internal and external relations and actors. Bringing together different actors and interests inside and out, and deconstructing them into concrete practices, is based on coalitions that can change over time.'Although 'foreign policy' seems to be mainly related to the outside, it has the property of being a concept that is mainly related to domestic political dynamics and interacts with each other. In domestic policy, the idea of the public and domestic political actors both forming ideas and supporting a common policy makes it easier for the current country to take more decisive and strong steps in the international community. In the case of' blue homeland 'and' Eastern Mediterranean', this situation is exactly the same and is notable as the way to follow. As a result, it is possible to say that Turkey'protects the rights of itself and the TRNC in the Eastern Mediterranean as much as possible in the military, legal and bureaucratic fields and follows an effective foreign policy. Apart from certain differences, Turkey 's right in the Eastern Mediterranean' is necessary. C. It was justified from the point of view of the state and the opposition, as well as from the point of view of established Think Tanks.
