Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to examine the use of the selpe technique in the baglama lesson given in Fine Arts High Schools, and to draw attention to the place, function, necessity and teacher competencies of the şelpe technique in baglama education in line with the opinions of the teachers. The pattern of the research was designed in scanning design and cluster sampling method was used. The sample group consisted of 40 baglama teachers from 28 Fine Arts High Schools, 4 from 7 different geographical regions of Turkey. The quantitative data collection tool developed by the researcher was applied to the Fine Arts High School teachers with the questionnaire developed through "Google Forms". The answers given to the questionnaire were divided into groups and tabulated, and the obtained data were interpreted using percentage frequency values. Based on the findings of the research, it was stated that the selpe technique has an important place in baglama training; that the selpe technique should be functional in baglama training; It was concluded that this technique should be included in baglama training, but that baglama teachers' proficiency in teaching and using the selpe technique is low.
