Abstract (EN)
In this study, chemical, antibacterial and antifungal properties of crude saponinobtained by extraction from the root of Gypsophila Eriocalyx Boiss, an endemicplant, were investigated. Crude saponins were seperated into its components bycolumn chromotography and the Rf values of fractions obtained under thisstudy were calculated. The structure of the component in the spot, expected tobe pure were investigated by spectroscopic methods such as 1H NMR, 13C NMR,FT-IR and MS.
