Abstract (EN)
This study deals with the place and situation of religious beliefs and music in the life of Hafiz Sadettin Kaynak who is an imam, composer and vocalist. It aims to analyse the place of belief and art in the life of Sadettin Kaynak from the point of psychology, basing on his autobiographies, compositions, lirics, moreover his articles about art and music, interviews and personal data and tertimonisl. First, his belief is analysed in its own historical process, then, his artistic adventure is dealt with and some examples of his compositions and lyrics are given.
