The tahqiq and analysis of prayers chapter from Haherzade's work called Mushkilat al-Quduri

Ahmad b. Muhammad al-Quduri (d.428 / 1037) is one of the important Islamic jurists who left his mark in the Hanafi School. Many annotations on The Mukhtasar al-Quduri, which is considered as the main concise texts by Hanafis and known as al-Kitap, has been written and has survived to the present day. The Mukhtasar Al-Quduri Muhammad b. Husayn b. Muhammad Haherzade al-Bukhari (d. 483/1090) is a Hanafi faqih who made valuable studies on Quduri. One of the works written by Haherzade is a book called Mushkilat al-Quduri on the Mukhtasar al-Quduri. In this work, Haherzade tried to solve the problematic and difficult expressions and words he saw in the Quduri's text, and he explained the terms mentioned in the text and presented fiqh evidences and different views on the subject. In this study, we tried to bring out the correct text by comparing the Taharat, Prayer, Zakat, Fasting and Hajj sections of Mushkilat al-Quduri, based on manuscripts we have found in libraries. This study consists of three parts. In the first part, we represented the life and scientific personality of Ahmet al-Quduri and Haherzade al-Bukhari. In the second part, the book was generally introduced. First of all, we explained the title of the book and its ownership, the characteristics of the book and the method followed by the author. We provided information about the four copies that we have found and the method we used in our study and made the subject index according to the number of pages. In the third part, the correct text which we have brought out by comparing the copies that we have found was presented.
