Abstract (EN)
In this study, The Çoban Dede Tomb (turbeh) in Adana, popular beliefes showed in İts surrounding and the visİtors' motiver to visİt it are dealt with. In general, fırst, popular religious ness, popular beliefs and visİt phenomenon are studied. In partieular, the Çoban Dede Turbeh, the biography of Çoban Dede, his tomb's being a plaee of visit, the praetiees performed there and the people's motives to visit this tomb are investigated.
