Comparison of the marriage parts of Halvani and Serahsi's works called Al-Mebsut

This thesis titled "Comparison Of The Marriage Parts Of Halvani And Serahsi's Works Called al-Mebsut" is consisted an introduction, two chapters and an evaluation. In the introduction chapter, the importance and borders of the subject and in the first chapter, information about the subjects of lives of Halvani and Serahsi's, their masters, their students, their work etc is given. In the second chapter, the part of mariage of Halvani and Serahsi's works named al-Mebsut were compared. And in the evaluation chapter, similar-different aspect and methods were handled.
