Abstract (EN)
Developing and changing technology affects all professional disciplines as well as the Map Engineering profession. In order to reveal this development, recruitment methods from the past to the present are mentioned in our study. In recent years, many different options have been introduced to obtain digital land data. By mounting non-metric cameras to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), digital elevation model and orthophoto map of the land is obtained by collecting the necessary data from the field and by combining the laser scanner, GPS / INS and IMU systems mounted on the mobile vehicles in a place called the Terrestrial Mobile Laser Scanner. The resulting measurement technique can be listed as some of them. The concepts to be sought in the creation, elaboration and finalization of engineering projects can be counted as accuracy, low cost and most importantly time. For this reason, engineering projects should be done in short time, low cost and high precision. In this context, high resolution cameras are mounted on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and laser scanners on moving vehicles in the field of Map Engineering in the field of mapping, and high resolution data is obtained. Determining the usability of the obtained data in engineering applications, increasing the diversity of the projects to be produced with new new methods and the techniques used thanks to the technology that continues to develop, more precise, shorter and low-cost engineering applications will be produced. With this thesis, classical terrestrial measurement technique, class details and alternative conversion such as non-metric cameras used in unmanned aerial vehicles and terrestrial mobile laser scanner can be produced and compared. These alternative methods are seen as an option that can create optimum environments.
