An analysis of hospital service quality with regards to disabled citizens

According to this study, the perception of disabilities with the aim to determine the quality of hospital services is made. For this purpose, 104 of them (16.2%) in Malatya, 101 (15.7%), in Elazig, 99 (15.4%) from Erzincan different in 8 provinces provided in hospitals for healt services perception of service quality in order to measure disabilities were studied. Literature review is conducted by the SERVQUAL scale and service quality scale is designed disabled. The scale reliability coefficientin α = 0.977. For the scale factor is determined by analysis of the sub-dimensions. The perceived quality of there sults in this study are found to be high.
