Abstract (EN)
Today, the transportation sector is shaped by the development of the technology and economical facilities mainly through the airline. Not only the transportation sector, but also the defense industry and commercial approaches are now in the forefront of airline preferences. In addition to these, the Drones that are described as light and mini in the UAV (Unmanned AerialVehicles) have started to fill the sky for various purposes. People's choice of airline in travel planning, hobby or commercial purposes, logistics and cargo companies to deliver their products quickly will keep this industry going forward in a positive direction. If we think about the presence of airplanes, helicopters and UAVs in air transportation, they will have to be managed in a controlled manner through a control mechanism. Considering the low number of Air Traffic Controllers doing this job today and the high number of flights in their control zones, it is seen that the distribution of workload is one of the most important problems to be solved today and in the future. Airfields are made up of sectors. These sectors should be remodeled according to the distributions of the workloads of the controllers. This is a confusion as a classification and optimization problem. This can take a long time because of the intense and complexity of the aviation system. Appropriate methods for clustering and optimization will be explored. With the solution model created, we tried to make an equal distribution of the workloads in the sectoral dimension by making a model for the airfield of our country.
