Abstract (EN)

The aviation industry, which has been developing rapidly in recent years, has a high level of stress due to the intense efforts made for customer satisfaction. High stress causes occupational diseases in this sector. The main purpose of this study is to explain occupational diseases seen in individuals working in ground handling unit in aviation sector. The questionnaire application method was used in the study and the data obtained by the responses of 136 employees working at Antalya Airport were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 program. In the study, the researches were performed in terms of orthopedic disorder, visual impairment, auditory disorder, respiratory disorders, skin problems, mental disorders and other disorders in ground service personnel and results were found in the absence of any of these diseases. Achieving these results through the responses of 136 individuals working at Antalya airport constitutes the limitations of the study.
