Abstract (EN)
This thesis contains the results and interpretation of the survey conducted on the performance evaluation of Turkish flight crew regarding the overall CRM and its individual factors (i.e. cooperation, communication, leadership, workload management, automation management, situational awareness, and decision-making) in engagement with 522 Turkish pilots (first officers and captain and control pilots) as well as to describe whether Turkish pilots' demografic characteristics have statistically significant difference in approach towards their CRM procedures.
