Abstract (EN)
The life of a human being is subject to risk in life insurance policies; in order to protect this priceless risk, the owner of the policy and the insured should be legally protected. To achieve this purpose the balance interest among the insurance companies and insurance principles must be taken into consideration.. One of the most complicated liabilities of the owner and the insured in life insurance policy is their representation duty. Therefore legal principles and disputes arising from this duty should be understood and resolved carefully regarding the above principles.
