Abstract (EN)

Construction industry, which plays a major role in the economy of the country, is owning the majority of overall investment of the country. This potential followingly brings not only the matters of wastes, decreasing in stock places and used row materials but also environmental pollution. In this case, while it seems to be almost impossible to bear, the terms of reusing or recycling is having significance. By this thesis, based on these arguments, during the filling process of truck mixers, adhesive concrete in truck mixer's drum, over-order of concrete on constructions issues have been concerned and studied in the ready-mixed concrete sector. By the supports of Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, side leveling and factory excursions had been done and Life cycle cost and Break Even Points analyses obtained values which we consumed at the end of analyses are aimed to be lighten the decision of investments of aggregate recycling. Directly collected values and plant excursions have positively affected the conclusions. As a result, it is necessary for governments related organizations to show up precision on this issue. An environmental prevention is going to be taken for the case of wasting of materials by essential managements and implementations on governmental system.
