Abstract (EN)
Turkey has approximately 72 % as estimated for boron mineral resources and it is known that obtaining of high-tech end products the scale of the global trade in the share of national income will be very high. Hexagonal BN has high temperature refractiveness, thermal conductivity, chemical inert and easy processability properties, so it has been used in high temperature bed solid lubricants, glass and metal of the casting mold and the mold releases .In this study, XRD, SEM and FTIR analysis of high purity hBN have been done and for mold release features a mixture has been prepared with appropriate pigment and mold release experiments has been sprayed with pulverization of this mixture to stainless steel mold in 200 0C with the support of industrial research and development. Handed results have been accordanced with literature results, service-life of this mixture has been determined less than commercial mold release.Key Words : boron, hBN, mold
