Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is to produce titanium dioxide based composite material using hydrothermal method. It is desired to increase the electrical, thermodynamic, mechanical and optical properties of the material with cadmium oxide (CdO), which we add to the obtained titanium dioxide composite material at different ratios. SEM, TG/DTA, FTIR, I-V and U-V(Vis) measurements were taken to investigate the structural properties of the three composites obtained. Keywords: Composite material, TiO2, CdO, Hydrothermal method
