Abstract (EN)

The first steps of the justice system in the Ottoman Empire are the local courts presided by kadi. Unresolved issues in these courts, it was tried to be solved by writing them or by going to Divan-i Hümayun personally. In Divan-i Hümayun proceedings, lawful decisions were made on these issues. These provisions were also sent to kadi, governors, sancak bey and other interlocutors at the scene. These provisions for the resolution of matters were recorded in the Ahkam Şikayet Registers. The subject of the study is composed of the classification and analysis of the provisions and the provisions in number 1 Bosna Ahkam Register which covers the dates of Hijri 1155-1168 and the AD. 1742-1755. The provisions were examined by examples under various headings. Ahkam Şikayet Register contains valuable information about Bosnia's administrative social and economic life. In the study, based on the provisions in the register XVIII. Century Bosnia and Herzegovina. Events during this period, the main reasons for the developments in the coming years.
