The compatibility of the maliki school's opinions conveyed in İbn Rushd's book of 'Bidayat al-Mujtahid - Book of Hajj' with the opinions accepted in the Madhhab

This study aims to make research about Ibn Rushd, one of the great scholars who influenced the Maliki school. For this reason, the opinions he conveyed on behalf of the Maliki in his work, 'Bidayat al-Mujtahid - book of Hajj', were investigated in order to show whether there were opinions accepted in the Maliki school or not. So, in order to arrive at the accepted opinions, the issues that are our subject were scanned in the Maliki books. This research consists of an introduction, preliminary preparation, two main parts and an afterword. The preparatory section has three topics. They are respectively the biography of Ibn Rushd, the introduction of his work Bidayat al-Mujtahid, the introduction of the Maliki school and the stages of development. The first main part includes the issues of Hajj and Umrah, for whom Hajj is made obligatory, the time and types of Hajj. There are eleven issues in total in this section. In the second main part, the issues related to ihram such as conditions of ihram, prohibited clothes, smells and actions during ihram were investigated. The number of issues in this chapter is fifteen. In addition, a brief explanation of each issue and a section containing the disagreement on the issue in all sects were kept. Then, by presenting the opinion that Ibn Rushd conveyed in his book, its compatibility with the opinion of the Maliki Imams from the Maliki books was investigated. Finally, the research was concluded by showing the result of this research.
