Abstract (EN)
In this study, metals and semi metals have been determined in Pistacia terebinthus (Menengiç) and its products by ICP-OES.For this purpose,firstly metals and semi metals in the Pistacia terebinthus have been analyzed qualitatively. Digestion procedure of Pistacia terebinthus by microwave owen has been optimized. In the qualitative analysis,emission wavelength of elements has been referred.Quantitative analyses of metals and semi metals have been performed in fruit of Pistacia terebinthus, coffee of Pistacia terebinthus and soaps of Pistacia terebinthus. In addition, metals and semimetals have been determined in the Pistacia terebinthus coffee filtrate.Accuracy of the method has been checked by applying the method on the standard reference material (GBW 07605).Science Code : 201.01.004 Key Words : Pistacia terebinthus, ICP-OES,trace elements.
