Abstract (EN)

Developing the economy?s population growth rate is very high. Therefore human factor is excessively well enough. However, numerical abundance of the human factors is not important for development. Developing countries need to terms of qualified human factors. The training of qualified human factors, health, and nutrition is determined by factors such as investing in people. This increase will occur in investment is going to increase the level of qualified human capital, as a result, production level will lead to high.The purpose of research is to analyze the impact of human capital on growth. For this purpose, we examined the endogenous growth theories that take on human capital?s affect on economic growth. Within the framework of internal growth, variables examined that represent of human capital the best and the variables related to this issue were made in studies of human capital, education and health expenses were used as representing the most preferred. Within the framework of the model based on Lucas? coentegration analysis has been done.
