Abstract (EN)

This study is conducted in Medical Journal Of Ankara Training and Research Hospital; the aim of this study to investigate the effects of internal marketing activities on organizational commitment. In the first part of the study, internal marketing concept and sub-dimensions of the concept are discussed. It has been evaluated that external customer satisfaction can be achieved as a result of meeting the wishes and desires of the employees who are accepted as internal customers. In the second part of the study, the concept of organizational commitment and its sub-dimensions, which are considered as the elements that leads the organization to success, have been examined. This concept can be considered as the degree of loyalty, belonging and loyalty that the employee feels for the organization. In the third part of the study, the effect of internal customer satisfaction on the organizational commitment of Medical Journal Of Ankara Training and Research Hospital employees is examined. In the study, ANOVA, frequency, correlation and regression analyzes is applied. In the study, is found that internal marketing, which is an independent variable, has a positive, moderate and statistically significant effect on organizational commitment as dependent variable.
