Abstract (EN)

In today's changing and developing competitive environment, organizations need to develop different methods and direct their jobs and employees. First of all, it should create an employee brand by giving value to its employees and making changes in internal marketing practices and business values. Customers' opinions about the brand are greatly influenced by employee behavior. Although it is generally thought that only sales people influence the brand, this idea is partly wrong. In addition to sales teams, all employees have an influence on the brand's presence and therefore the reputation of the organization. Few organizations implement the employee brand approach. It is an inevitable fact that organizations applying this approach have achieved great success in marketing. While implementing the employee brand application, it is necessary to proceed by finding answers to some questions. The question should then be formulated as "where to start?.. The answer to this question can be summarized as watching the right time, compliance with marketing strategies and bringing the brand to a colorful state.
