Abstract (EN)

This study aims to determine the effect of internal marketing practices on job satisfaction and the mediating role of organizational justice. In the study, the relationships between internal marketing practices, job satisfaction and organizational justice variables were tried to be determined. Based on the research model, four main hypotheses were determined. The hypotheses presented in the research model were tested with the help of SPSS and AMOS programs using data obtained from 543 personnel working in a private security company operating in Istanbul province. As a result of the analyzes performed on the conceptual model, it was found that internal marketing practices and sub-dimensions positively affected job satisfaction and organizational justice. In addition, it has a positive effect on job satisfaction in organizational justice. In addition, organizational justice has an intermediary role in the effect of internal marketing practices and sub-dimensions on job satisfaction.
