Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter is devoted to the introduction section. In the second chapter, some required preparatory notions, some ring classes and polynomial rings on a ring are recalled. In the third chapter, duo rings and their basic properties, are given. In the last chapter the polynomial rings over duo rings are examined.
