It is well known that the success of theories is evaluated by means of their predictions in the instrumentalism. Therefore, the assumptions of theories are ignored and not tested, and this approach serves the hardening of mainstream hard core. The second part is dedicated to the historical development of the econometric approaches. By this way, it is tried to explain reasons of the predominance of one method and paradigm of economics theory. Shortly, a general evaluation of the study is given in the last part of the study.
