Abstract (EN)

In this research it was researched that multiple intelligence basis education?seffect on student?s success, attitude, and permanence of learned knowledge inPrimary School?s 7 th class students science education in the? If there was nopressure? in teaching solid, luqid and gas pressure.Research is an experimental work and it was performed on 2004-2005education year?s second term students in 7 th class students in Ankara?s GüdülCounty Ça a Primary School and Güneyce Primary School. Research has beenperformed during approximately four weeks (including test application) as threeclass hours per week with total 40 students. While courses are performedtraditionally in control group, in experiment group courses which are prepaeredaccording to multiple intelligence are performed. Courses in both groups areperformed by researcher.In the beginining of the work, it was applied advance information test so as todetermine advance information in both groups and Success test so as to determinestudents notional perceive and theorical information on the issue of pressure andAttitude and Perception Inquiry so as to determine student?s attitude towards scienceand learning ways of science. Furthermore Success test was applied one month afterapplication of latest tests for both class students so as to determine permenance ofknowledge.Data collected consequence of the work was evaluated by using SPSSprogramm (Statistical Package for Social Science). Results was evaluated .05significance level.Consequently in this research, it was seen that Multiple Intelligence Theorywas became significantly usefull 7 class students to understand pressure issue andattitude towards science However it was determined no significantly statisticaldifference on permanence of knowledge.Key Words : Multiple Intelligence Theory, Science Education, AttituteTowards Science
