The evaluation of primary schoo first level 2005 social study curriculum according to teacher's optinions (A Sample of Afyonkarahisar)

The aim of this research is to evaluate Programee of Social Studies prepared byNational Education Ministry Commission of Trainning and Education on 6th April 2005through the point of teacher?s view. Sights of teachers have been obtained throughquestionnaire.The research, has been carried out on teachers teaching in class 4th and 5thgrade of Primary Schoo in 2006-2007 Education-Teaching Year.The means of collecting data consists of six questions related to personalinformation and forty-nine questions related to acquisition, content, condition ofeducation and evaluation and also eight questions concerned wiht future.Data have been analysed from variations of sex, class, grade, school graduatedfrom, quantitiy of class and social-economical situation of students. Aritmeticalavarage, frequency, percent, standert deviation, t-test and one-way (factor) ANOVA hasbeen used in analysis of datas. According to findings which was obtained teachers whoparticipated in research supported the programe in general Furthermore, resonablerelations have been found between views of teacher regarding acqusition, content,situation of education, evaluation and proffer related to next of Programme of SocialStudies and sex, class, social of economical position of subjects.
