Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this thesis is to define features that a E-Learning Portals should have, basing on mathematics educations at primary level- while studying on these points, it has been tried to make on integration of both the early result of the studies in this area and the ideas of the teachers giving lesson at primary level.The study which is located in Gaziantep consist of mathematics and primary-level teachers working at 15 different schools in the centre of Şehitkamil and Şahinbey. The target group is 185 teachers working at these schools. As a means of collecting data questionnaire is used. The means of collecting data consists of 2 sections: at the first part there are three questions inquiring personal variables and at the second part there is a likert scale type measure containing 27 items.The analysis of the result of the research is done with the help of SPSS for Windows Programme. The data were analyzed by frequent, percents, independent samples t-test, one way variance analysis. As the result of these statistical analysis 22 features are found that represent both the findings of the related research and tyehe ideas of the teachers? While getting these results, it is observed that there is not o complete parallel between the related studies and the teachers? ideas. Additionally, some meaningful differences between thoughts of the teachers? are seen depending on some factors like gender, length of service, branch and personality
