Human beings in childhood period are in a rapid development such as physical, cognitive, language, social, religious and moral ways. In this context, the period where the secondary school student is the important time of shaping moral personality. In order to provide children and youth?s moral development according to demands for religion in our country, we should place religious actively in to formal educational institutions. Moral Education is performed in Religious Education in our country. Moral teaching in religious instructions internalize precept of this period children in this subject to realize to become practical in the habit. In our investigation whose title is ?Observing Hadiths In Terms of Religious Education Text book.? It is tried to determined that if the hadiths used in Primary 6, 7, 8 level classes are suitable or not. In this context our research problems: Are the hadiths used in Religious Education Textbook in field of moral education appropriate for student?s level of language and cognitive development? Do the hadiths support the student?s religious and moral developmental levels? Do the hadiths support the subject, acquisition, skills and valves that used in. Is giving hadiths didactically appropriate? Is the usage of hadiths suitable for new program (constructivist approach)? In our investigation this problems are created within the frame work of the developmental characteristics of students. Hadiths in Primary II. Level Religious Education Textbook are determined to be a critical viewpoint with making text analysis. Suggestions are put forward towards the deficiencies that determined after text analysis.
