Parents expectations from elemantary schools

The purpose of this study is to descover expectations and perceptions of parents.Population of the study consrats of the all elementer school parents in Uşak province ofTurkey. The sample of the study consists of 402 parents from 14 elemantery school.Pereeptions and expectations of parents were examined in the light of responses givento a survey developed by the researcher. Survey questions covered topics related to schooladministretors? attitudes toword parents, teachers? attitudes toword parents, conditions of thebuilding and facilities, gifted and talented program, councelig program, fund raising, testing,and school-parents communication.Result show that parents have a positive pereeption on most of the issues.
