Abstract (EN)

In this research, it is aimed to reveal the relationship between cultural perceptions and organizational cynisme of class and subject teachers in Primary School.The scanning model is used in this descriptive research. İn this research, School Culture Criterion is used to identify tearchs perceptions for school culture and Organizational Cynisme Criterion is used to identify attituted to their school. Besides, for demographic variability, Personal Information Form is prepared by a researcher.The research was done with 222 class and subject teachers who work in 11 different Primary Schools in Esenyurt, İstanbul in the Education year of 2010-2011.In the rearch, non parametric technigues, parametrik analysis technigues, independent group t-test, single-sided variance analysis (Annova), Post-Hoc Scheffe tests, non parametic Kruskal Wallis test, non parametric Mann Whitney-U test, Pearson Multiplication Momentum Correlation analysis being used, expressiveness levels were tested on the 0.5 level.According to the findings in this research there is a negative relationship between total points of School Culture Criterion and Organizational Cynisme Criterion in primary school teachers points. There fore there is a decrease in negative attitudes of teachers in schools which has strong school culture. The importance of school culture confronts us as a point which diministes negative attitudes.Key words: School Culture, Organitational Cynisme, Teacher
