Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to determine the reflections of the teachers and the administrators working in the primary schools Bolu in the termsef the school work, the relations hips between the teachers and administrators, punishment, discipline attitudes and also aimed to find out whether these opinions differ through some characteristics of the participarts. The populations of the study is the school administrartors and teachers in the centre county of Bolu?s primary schools in the education year of 2006-2007. There are 17 primary schools, 49 schools administrators and 577 teachers working in the center county of Bolu. As the study is made on population, it is not required to select sample. In this study we used ?The Test Of The Administrator?s Approch? by Yusuf CENGZ. The test is used in two different ways, the first is about the work at school, the relationships between administrators and teachers, punishment, discipline attitude iii and has 14 questions about these four subjects and the secand is used tı get the reflections of the administrators and the teachers seperately. The results of the study are the following: 1. According to the administrators, primary school administrators practise the positive discipline rules about the teachers having work discipline, punishment an the school work. 2. According to the teachers, primary school administrators practise the positive discipline rules in the terms of the teachers having work discipline, punishment and the school work. 3. Administrators can?t express certain opinions about the relationships between teachers and administrators, nor can the teachers about the same subject and about the punishment. 4. There is a significant difference between the reflections of the teachers and the school administratours in the termsef the relationships between the teachers and the administrators and the school work. 5. There is a significant difference between the reflections of the administrators and the teachers in the terms of punisment and the attitudes for discipline. 6. The reflections of the administrators differ according to their ages, branches, sexualities and their years at work in the terms of the attitudes for discipline, punishment school work and the relationships between administrators and teachers. 7. The reflections of the teachers differ according to their ages, branches, sexualities and their years at work in the terms of the attitudes for discipline, punishment, school work and the relationships between administrators and teachers.
