Persian-Arabic and Turkish comparative children's literature in terms of imagology

This thesis examines the historical development of Persian-Arabic-Turkish children's literature, the main writers and poets, the differences and similarities of images of poetry and story examples. The aim of the thesis is to compare and evaluate the works of children's literature that deal with the sociocultural structure of these three nations. The thesis was prepared by document analysis method and data were collected from various sources. The data of the research are children's books, children's magazines, elementary school books, electronic books, magazines, web pages, etc., theses written on the subject, articles. Moreover, while comparative children's literature is the bridge between the children of the world, the science of translation has prepared the ground for its emergence. Dec. Creative children's literature has developed with original subjects. There are more similar points than differences in Persian-Arab-Turkish works. Sociocultural values, love of motherland, love of mother, love of animals, love of nature, love of grandmother have been discussed in all three literatures with the titles of themes. It has been brought to the fore with imaginative expressions and vivid examples in poems. In Persian literature; Thoughts in children's language have been seen in the poems of poets named Abbas Yemini Sharif, Nasser Kishaverz, Mustafa Rahmandust, Asadullah Sha'bani, Legend Sha'ban Nejad. In Arabic literature, vivid depictions of nature are made in poems, and belief in Allah is expressed in works. In addition, traditions and modernity have been the subject of works with writers such as Fatima Sharafuddin, Ya'kub Sharuni and Taghrid Neccar. In Turkish literature, works that entertain the child and give him an artist's sensibility have gained momentum. While Gülten Dayıoğlu introduces the child to dramatic lives, Muzaffer Izgü introduces him to traditions. Ayla Çınaroğlu, Aytül Akal and Mavisel Yener, on the other hand, have been found to include cat, bird, tree and insect beings in their poems. As a result of the research, it was stated that Persian children's literature is philosophical and deeply meaningful, Arabic children's literature also moves away from the admonitory style and towards sociocultural values, while Turkish literature renews the cultural structure with modern life and treats values with original themes and images in works where the child is the subject.
