Abstract (EN)
In order to stay at the top of the competitive market, businesses must continue to build strong relationships with their clients. A strong CRM (customer relationship management) strategy aids in the development, maintenance, and expansion of positive customer relationships, which raises organizational performance levels and helps the business turn this potential into income. The present study explores the complex correlation between Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Key Customer Focus, Knowledge Management and the performance results of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The purpose of the research is to understand the interactions between the CRM strategies, Key Customer Focus and Knowledge Management that SMEs use and how those strategies affect and connect to superior standards of organizational performance. Participants were chosen from SMEs' workforces and also, to enhance the study, a wide range of primary and secondary data sources were used. The results show that CRM adoption, focusing on important customers, managing information and improved Organizational Performance in SMEs are significantly and favorably correlated. Furthermore, the study highlights the important part that CRM, Key Customer Focus and Knowledge Management plays in promoting organizational success and recommends coordinated efforts to invest in training and development programs designed to build long-lasting and mutually beneficial customer connections.
