Abstract (EN)

This study examines the impact of strategic management practices on organizational performance. Strategic management plays a crucial role in helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage through effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of business strategies. The research investigates the relationship between strategic planning, leadership, innovation, and organizational performance. A quantitative research design is proposed, using questionnaires distributed among employees and managers from selected organizations. The findings are expected to demonstrate that effective strategic management significantly improves productivity, profitability, employee satisfaction, and long-term organizational growth.
