Abstract (EN)
Quality management for constructions provides a control mechanism for all activities. Quality management; is one of the most important parts of construction management with time management, cost management, contract execution, administrative management and HES management. In our country there are many construction companies has dispersed organisations, beside of that many of them don't trust the benefits of quality management. That vision causes aplication problems of quality management. In our country most of construction companies are using 2-dimensional design models, but 3-dimensional models has started to be used in past years. If 3D models has the information of work schedule in it, the model referred as 4-dimensional design models. Project managers can check the progress by looking at 4D model. Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a process of creating and using all the information about building in entire lifecycle by using 3D-4D models. The aim of this study is integrating 4D models and BIM vision to quality management. This study provides integration of design team, planning team, quality and construction site team, which has benefits such as elimination of documantation, expedite communication and easily tracking of project.
