For this reason, the priority change focuses on the employee factor, which is the main power of the companies. Therefore, the issue of human resources management can be identified as an area which the companies should plan and administer with great care. The recruitment process, which is the first and main function of human resources management, determines the circulation of the employees and can be named as the function that ensures the continuity of the companies. The selection function must be fulfilled effectively in order to reach the human resources suitable for the institution and the job.
