ORHAN, Sadettin. Employment Incentive Policies in The Period After 1990 in Turkey, Problems and Resolutions From The Perspective Of Human Resource Management, Master Thesis, 2011Active employment policies have started gaining weight in the developed and developing country employment policies with the 1990s. In this sense, employment incentives which an instrument of active employment policies is also often applied in the struggle against unemployment.In this study, employment incentive policies which applied since 1990s in Turkey were examined by human resource management perspective and criticisms both in the literature and my own criticisms were voiced against these policies. By the taking into consideration the identified deficiencies with respect to applied incentive policies, the employment incentive proposals created for Turkey. These proposals about incentive policy which will be implemented in order to increase employment, phases of preparation, implementation and evaluation after applied phases. In this regard, this study has the qualification the first model designed for Turkey.
