The large increase in exports in recent years has resulted in more than 20% of the world's gross domestic product. From a macroeconomic perspective, expanding the exports of an country increases its national productivity, job creation and economic growth. Company-level exports help increase production capacity, improve product and operational innovation and infrastructure. For this reason, understanding of the determinants of export success is becoming important for both companies and government agencies. As a result, academic interest in determining the factors that determine export activity and performance is increasing. In a small number of studies, the impact of the Human Resource Management (HRM) and Total Quality Management (TQM) on export performance has been taken together. At the study, Human Resources Management (HRM) and Total Quality Management (TQM) will be discussed together and both administrative perspectives will be examined within the context of Gaziantep. In order to test the reality of the hypotheses determined for the realization of the purpose, a field survey was carried out on the firm that exports in the province of Gaziantep.
