Abstract (EN)
Today, Human Resource Management (HRM) practices play a critical role in the business world, not only in managing the workforce but also in implementing corporate governance principles. The critical role of HRM in the business world is particularly significant concerning its relationship with corporate governance principles. Corporate governance encompasses fundamental principles such as transparency, accountability, ethical standards, and management systems. These principles aim to ensure fair and effective management in a company's internal and external stakeholder relationships. In this context, HRM practices contribute to the effective implementation and development of corporate governance principles. Understanding how these principles can be supported to enhance companies' sustainability and performance provides a strategic advantage in the business world. This thesis aims to deeply examine the effects of HRM on corporate governance, exploring how companies can manage more effectively and improve their performance according to these principles. The literature review and methodology sections of the thesis detail existing research that demonstrates how HRM contributes to corporate governance principles such as transparency, accountability, and ethical standards. The literature review examines previous studies on the effects of HRM practices on corporate governance and summarizes the findings of these studies. These findings illustrate the positive effects of HRM practices on internal company processes and how these effects are related to corporate governance principles. The methodology section provides a detailed explanation of the qualitative data collection methods (e.g., interviews and focus groups) used to measure the effects of HRM. It also explains the rationale for selecting these methods and the data collection processes.
