Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to create an extensive module and to investigate both the effect of specific type of out of the box behaviour on HRM implementations and to determine the forming role of cultural tendencies towards individuals and organizations in that correlation. The data, gathered from 230 employees residing in Ankara and working for different sectors, is analysed with SPSS (20.0) and AMOS programs. Findings revealed that there is a significant correlation between HRM implications and deviant behaviour. Through the model created, under the title of cultural tendencies, role of mediation in both organizational and individual level is investigated. The results showed that; in the organizational level there is a relationship between HRM implications and deviant behaviours of the employees. In the individual level there is a relationship between deviant behaviour and three further branches of cultural tendencies; individualism- collectivism and power distance.
