Abstract (EN)
Today, the Balanced Scorecard system that Kaplan and Norton started to develop as a new methodology to measure company performance in 90?s became a strategic management system. Balanced Scorecard enables the companies to use their resources, human capital wisely and drive performance results from processes. Balanced scorecard can also be described as a detailed plan for success. Taking strategies into actions, balanced scorecard triggers continuous improvement. The system works in the loop of Strategy-Target-Performance measurement and Feedback. In today?s harsh economical competition environment human capital is vital for success. Although a lot of academic work has been done about Balanced Scorecard there is very limited research about the adaptation of the BSC to human resources management. This work tried to utilize BSC methodology to measure the performance of the Human resources process and methodologies. Within the scope of this work, first a strategy map is designed than a HR scorecard established in order to measure the efficiency of the HR management systems. The results were very satisfactory, in order to test the results and further investigate the relation between successful HR systems and employee satisfaction and positive attitude a survey was conducted. This work argues that BSC methodology can also be adapted to measure the efficiency of HR systems and there is a positive link between employee satisfaction and efficient HR systems.
