Abstract (EN)

It is seen that rapidly developing technological changes in the globalizing world take their place in every part of life. This astonishing change in technology turns organizations' use of their functions more effectively into a need rather than a desire. Human resources units take place in organizations as units that will play the most active role in the technological developments experienced because they serve for both internal and external reasons in organizations. It is foreseen that the technological developments acquired by human resources enable them to retain the competitive advantage against the findings of the methods, while the structures that do not benefit from these developments will lag behind what cannot be seen. In this study, which examines the effect of digitalization in human resources on employees, semi-structured interview technique was used as a data collection method. In order to benefit from the experiences of the participants, the phenomenology approach was chosen from the qualitative research method designs, and the analysis of the collected data was made with content analysis. In this context, the participants selected using the purposeful sampling technique consist of 10 human resources professionals. In the interview with the participants, it was concluded that while they found the technological developments in human resources beneficial, they found the decrease in human relations and employment in human resources risky.
